• Polishing cloths added to a jewellery order are delivered free of charge.

• All UK orders incur a cost of 68p and are dispatched as a letter through Royal Mail Standard Delivery - 2nd Class, which aims to deliver within 2 -3 working days.

We reccomend that European and International customers source a silver polishing cloth locally, unless purchasing together with jewellery items from our online store.

Polishing cloths can be returned for an exchange or refund, if returned within 14 days of receipt of the item, provided they have not been used or damaged in any way.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
